Stay & Play Group Support
Volunteers are an important part of the playgroup community that benefits the families that attend and is a great way to strengthen connections with the local community. We run a busy stay and play session on a Wednesday morning, and are seeking new volunteers who enjoy spending time with, having fun and neutering the next generation!
Role Requirements:
- This is an ongoing activity
- Able to commit half a day each week (Wednesdays 9.30am – 1pm)
- Be able to travel to The Gasworks (expenses can be covered)
- Open to trying and learning new skills – all training will be provided
- Some manual handling required
- DBS required (we cover the cost)
- Enjoy working with others
- Enjoy working with children
- Setting up and prepping tea/coffee/snacks
- Helping to set up the space and pack up after the session
- Welcoming new members
- Reading stories and doing crafts
