Ok it’s time to Move!

Ok Move is for everyone including those managing health issues. 

This class includes Pilates for strength and flexibility and the opportunity to try different types of movement such as Dance with the guidance of an experienced teacher.

Simone has been teaching for 23 years and has a passion for motivating people to move well, encouraging physical and mental health and enhancing well-being. Simone has a First Class Masters in Dance and is a qualified Pilates teacher.

After the session you are invited to stay for a cuppa to have a chance to relax and chat in our warm and friendly space.
